本規約は、YOMIROが公開する楽曲のうち、【フリーBGM】またはそれに準ずる表記がある楽曲に適用されます。

【フリーBGM】の表記がない楽曲、有料販売物、未配布音源等については、別途許可がある場合を除き、二次利用を禁止します。

YOMIROが制作・公開するフリーBGMは、本規約の範囲内でご利用いただけます。

利用者が対象楽曲をダウンロード、再生、使用、編集、公開等した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

利用可能な範囲

YOMIROのフリーBGMは、以下の用途でご利用いただけます。

利用にあたり、事前の連絡や許可申請は不要です。

加工について

以下のような、作品に合わせるための軽微な加工は可能です。

ただし、加工後の楽曲を「自作曲」「オリジナル楽曲」として公開・配布・販売することは禁止します。

また、楽曲の著作権は放棄しておりません。

カバー・アレンジ等について

YOMIROのフリーBGMをもとにした以下の利用は可能です。

ただし、この場合はクレジット表記を必須とします。

また、元楽曲の権利がYOMIROに帰属することを誤解させない形で公開してください。

著作権について

YOMIROが公開するフリーBGMの著作権は、すべてYOMIROに帰属します。

フリーBGMとして利用を許可するものであり、著作権を譲渡・放棄するものではありません。

禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します。

禁止事項に該当すると判断した場合、利用許可を取り消すことがあります。

クレジット表記について

通常利用において、クレジット表記や利用報告は必須ではありません。

ただし、表記していただける場合は大変励みになります。

表記例

音楽：YOMIRO

URLを併記する場合は、以下のような形式で記載してください。

音楽：YOMIRO（公式URLまたはSNS URL）

カバー、アレンジ、歌詞を付けた歌唱、Remix等で利用する場合は、クレジット表記を必須とします。

YouTube等での利用について

YOMIROのフリーBGMは、YouTube等の収益化済みコンテンツでも利用可能です。

ただし、動画投稿サイトの自動検知システムや第三者の誤登録等により、まれに著作権の申し立てが発生する可能性があります。

万が一、YOMIRO以外の第三者から不当な申し立てを受けた場合は、各プラットフォームの手続きに従って異議申し立てを行ってください。

必要に応じて、YOMIROの連絡先までご報告ください。

免責事項

YOMIROのフリーBGMを利用したことにより発生した損害、トラブル、紛争、アカウント停止、収益化停止、その他一切の不利益について、YOMIROは責任を負いません。

利用者は、自己の責任において楽曲を利用するものとします。

規約の変更について

本規約は、予告なく変更される場合があります。
規約変更後も楽曲を利用する場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms apply to music tracks provided by YOMIRO that are labeled as “Free BGM” or otherwise indicated as free-to-use BGM.
Tracks that are not labeled as “Free BGM,” paid products, unreleased tracks, and other non-designated works may not be reused, reproduced, or redistributed without separate permission.

By downloading, playing, editing, publishing, or otherwise using the applicable music tracks, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Permitted Use

YOMIRO’s Free BGM may be used for a wide range of purposes, including:

• YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and other video or social media content
• Live streaming, gameplay videos, and VTuber activities
• Indie games, apps, films, animations, and other creative works
• Events, stage performances, exhibitions, stores, facilities, and schools
• Personal, commercial, and corporate use
• Content intended for mature audiences or age-restricted content

No prior permission or usage report is required for standard use.

Editing and Processing

You may make minor edits necessary for your content, such as:

• Volume adjustment
• Fade-in and fade-out
• Cutting, looping, or adjusting the length
• Basic audio processing such as EQ or reverb

However, you may not publish, distribute, or sell edited versions of the music as your own original music.
The copyright of the music is not waived.

Covers, Arrangements, and Derivative Musical Works

The following uses are permitted:

• Cover performances
• Arrangements
• Adding lyrics or vocals
• Remix-style derivative works

For these uses, credit is required.
Please make it clear that the original music is by YOMIRO and avoid any presentation that may mislead others regarding the ownership of the original work.

Copyright

All copyrights in YOMIRO’s Free BGM belong to YOMIRO.
The music is provided for use under these Terms, but the copyright is not transferred, assigned, or waived.

Prohibited Uses

The following acts are prohibited:

• Claiming the music as your own work
• Selling, distributing, or redistributing the music itself, including edited or processed versions
• Using the music as the main content in “BGM collections,” “music playlists,” “work/study BGM,” “sleep BGM,” or similar content
• Distributing or selling the music as part of a sample pack, sound material collection, or music production resource
• Registering the music with YouTube Content ID or any similar copyright management system
• Granting exclusive use of the music to any third party
• Using the music for illegal activities, antisocial activities, or content contrary to public order and morals
• Using the music in a way that significantly damages the image or value of YOMIRO or the music
• Any other use that YOMIRO deems inappropriate

If a use is found to violate these Terms, YOMIRO may revoke permission to use the music.

Credit

Credit and usage reports are not required for standard use.
However, credit is always appreciated.

If you include a URL, please use a format such as:

Music: YOMIRO (official website or social media URL)

Credit is required when using the music for covers, arrangements, added lyrics or vocals, remixes, or similar derivative musical works.

Use on YouTube and Other Platforms

YOMIRO’s Free BGM may be used in monetized content on YouTube and other platforms.

However, due to automated detection systems or incorrect registrations by third parties, copyright claims may occasionally occur.
If you receive an unfair claim from a party other than YOMIRO, please follow the relevant platform’s procedure to file a dispute.

If necessary, please also contact YOMIRO with the details.

Disclaimer

YOMIRO assumes no responsibility for any damages, disputes, account restrictions, demonetization, or other disadvantages arising from the use of the music.

Users are responsible for using the music at their own discretion and risk.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be changed without prior notice.
If you continue to use the music after the Terms have been updated, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
